I tried this yesterday and the taste was awesome but the issues i had was: after boiling cauliflower; i drained and put it in the onion mixture and added salt and all of a sudden water started oozing out of the cauliflower…so much of it…so i had to keep it in high flame for 10 mins for the water to evaporate and mine turned out in yellow color and not this color in ur picture..n it definitley was not looking this neat :(

u could have over boiled the cauliflower. its better to half boil the cauliflower drain it. let it be there for 10 minutes. so that the rest of the water goes. colour doesnot matter how about the taste? if it is fine. then oke do not mind the colour actually this picture i did some editing {sharpen the cauliflower }:P
