sweet Corn – 1 packet or else we can use corn from the raw one also
cucumber – 1 nos
onion – 1 nos
tomato – 1 nos
pepper – 1/2 tsp
salt – as required
raw paneer – 1 piece optional
boil the corn in open pan by adding the required amt of salt.chop the veggies like cucumber , tomato, onion .once corn boiled drain the corn and mix everything together. now add the pepper and grate the raw paneer. taste it 🙂
very healthy one 🙂 it has got all the protein and vitamins 🙂 if u like u can even add the fruits and veggies like cabbage and bell pepper.
- Before adding the cucumber just taste it and make sure it is not bitter
- also we can add red chilly powder just a sprinkle thats it…..
