Since its winter season i wanted to try have this smoked corn 🙂 My mothers favorite ! weekly once she wll have it 🙂
Sweet corn or ordinary corn – 1 nos
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
red chilly powder + salt – 1tsp
Peel the skin of corn and wash it and wipe it. switch on the flame and keep it low. and keep the corn 🙂
once the colour changes to black ! turn to other direction keep doing till all side of corn is smoked !
once done remove from the flame and brush it with lemon + red chilly salt 🙂 bite it directly 🙂
- Smoke it in the low flame otherwise the burnt wll be more which we cannot taste!
- if the corn does not have stick in the top insert some skewers and smoke it ! otherwise use tong.
- keep changing the direction from top to bottom and left to right or right to left.
