For the dough
Warm milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Active dry yeast – 2 tsp(i used some indian brand – but i am not satisfied)
All purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – 3/4 tsp
Butter – 25 gms,soft at room temperatureMilk – 3/4 cup + a couple of tbsp to brush over the bread
The actual recipe has 3 cup of flour but i used only 2 cups also i omitted the garlic part.

you can alter the filling according to your wish , try with pesto and tomato chutney too 🙂
