Mint leaves – 1/2 cup fresh finely chopped and cleaned
green chilly – 3 nos
ginger – 1 tbsp
salt – as required
Fresh curd – 1 cup
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Beat the curd well so that it wont have any lumps or malai .
Grind all the ingredients above except curd, adjust salt and transfer in to a bowl
Mix curd now and serve with tikkis or tandoori or any starter!

- Mint only works well 🙂 But u can add little coriander leaves!
