ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Hung curd – 1 cup (100 to 150 gm) if not available use fresh thick curd
Tandoori masala powder – 1tbsp
Red chilly powder – 1tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1tbsp
salt – as required
Take wide vessel add the items give under “TO MARINATE” mix well , then add the cleaned mushroom and mix well let it be for 15 to 20 minutes.
Take a tawa pour oil and once heat add the chopped onion 🙂 fry till the color changes and keep aside. Now in the same add the marinated mixture and add a TBSP of oil , and saute till the oil oozes!
Now off the flame and add the cooked rice and fried onion Adjust Salt !
I served with pappad 🙂 u can serve with Raitha and some Briyani Gravy !
- If u want you can add all the spicy leaves and powders ! i want to make it simple
- While sauteing the mushroom intially u wont see the oil oozes do not worry it wll take some time and oozes !
- I used normal Rice you can use Basmathi Rice too !
