Mango Pulp – 1 cup (i used immampasand variety)
Milk – 1/2 litre (boiled and chilled)
Mixed nuts – 1/2 cup
Honey – 3 to 4 tbsp (for soaking the nuts in the honey)
cherry – 2 to to decorate
Rocky Candy (panagal kandu) – 1 tbsp for every cup ! Not sure about the exact name in english
Take the pulp from mango and grind it along with the milk ! Transfer the content to the vessel !
Now take a cup , pour some rocky candy and pour the milkshake and pour the soaked nuts and pour the milkshake ! do the layers its purely your option !
while serving top up with cherry’s !

- I didnt add sugar instead i added the pangal kandu !
- This w’ll have mild sweet yet the crunchy wll be there
- Color of mango may change it depends on the fruit ! i used when it was in a initial stages of ripening !
