Cleaned mushroom – 1 cup Learn how to clean the mushroom here
Maida – 1/ 4 cup
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 1 tbsp
Onion -1 no big finely chopped
Pepper – 2 tbsp semi grind-ed
salt – as required
Corinader leaves – to garnish
Oil 1 – to do the shallow fry
Oil 2 – 2 tbsp
Take a bowl and add the Maida , corn flour and rice flour and add some salt make a semi thick batter ! The consistency should be idly batter !
now take the cleaned mushroom and dip it in the batter and do the shallow or deep fry ! and transfer the fried mushroom to the tissue ! do the rest of the mushroom !
Heat the kadai and add the 2tbsp of oil once heat add the onion and saute well ! till it changes its color , now add the coarsely grinded pepper and just mix then add the fried mushroom ! Adjust salt!
Mix well and let it be in the kadai for 5 more minutes ! while serving garnish it with coriander leaves !
- shallow fry itself works fine ! it needed u can go for deep fry !
- Some times the batter sticks to the kadai never mind about it ! Taste is what we expect !
- I used my mortar and pestle for coarsely grinding the pepper , u can use your mixie too !
