Sweet mango pachadi
Raw mango pickle
Raw mango – 1 no
Salt – as required
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – a pinch
sugar – 1tsp
water – as required to fill the glass
ice cubes – as required while serving
reserve some mango for toppings!
Wash the raw mango and cut in to big chunks and boil it in the water by adding the required amt of salt ! once boiled off the flame allow in to cool , and remove the seed part and mash the pulp completely.once done add the spicy powder and sugar , now pour the pulp in to the glass (1/4 cup) and add some water for and mix well !
other wise u can grind the pulp and water together and add the spicy powder and adjust water !
While serving add some ice cubes and raw mango !
