Preparation Time : 5 minutes
cooking Time : 20 minutes
Ideal time : 6 to 7 hours
Milk – 1 litre
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Ice cubes – 10
Take a milk pan and pour the milk allow it to boil well ! once boiled add the lemon juice and vinegar, keep it in the low flame medium , and stir well !
You can see the milk turning to curdle ! allow it to curdle completely ! once done add the ice cubes .Transfer this mixture to some transparent cloth or Muslin cloth, Wash it twice so that the lemon flavor goes ! now tie the cloth ,
hang the cloth in the window or in the pipeline, so that rest of the water goes ! let it be there for 1 hour !
Now take the cloth and make it flat and keep some weight object on that i used my mortal and pestle !
allow it to be there for some 3 to 4 hours !
Then open the cloth and cut in to the desired shape !
