Thick curd – 1 cup (200 to 250 ml)
Water – 500 ml (adjust the consistency according to the family need)
green chilly – 2 nos finely chopped
Hing 1 tsp
Finely crushed jeera – 1 tbsp
salt – as required
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Beat the curd well and make sure that there is no lump ! now crush the jeera using mortal and pestle.
Mix all the ingredients together and beat well with the whisk ! Adjust the water level and consistency according to the required 🙂 semi thick works well !
- Alternatively you can use the jeera powder But crushed jeera is more apt than the powder
- You can even add mint !
- some times if kids do nt like the coarinder leaves u can always filter the butter milk and serve chill !
