Cucumber – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1 medium finely chopped
Tomato – 1 medium finely chopped
Mango – 1/2 cup finely chopped
Green chilly – 1 small one (finely chopped)
Salt -as required
red chilly powder -1 tsp
Pepper powder – pinch
Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
Take a wide bottomed bowl ! add the vegetables and mango , then add the red chilly powder, pepper and salt,green chilly mix well ! adjust salt !
While serving add the lime juice and mix well !
- You can even add Carrot !
- Shredded coconut too works well !
- You can add mint or coriander leaves ! which enhance the flavor more !
