Tomato – 4 to 4 medium size
Green chilly – 3 to 4 (adjust to spice level)
salt – as required
Oil – 1tbsp
Oil -1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Hing – a pinch
Curry leaves – 4 to 5
Heat the kadai and pour the 1tbsp of oil and once heat add the tomato and green chilly saute till the tomato oozes it water , it will take hardly 10 minutes ! add salt and off the flame !
Grind in to smooth paste and Do the tempering by adding the ingredients under ” To Temper “
This chutney can be served with Curd rice too ! while serving for curd rice add extra 2 chilly for the spicy taste !
