Mixed veggies – 1 cup to 2 cup
I added carrot, sprouts, onion ,tomato, Cucumber, apple
Vinegar – 1tbsp
fresh squeezed orange juice – 1/2 cup
pepper – 1 tsp (freshly grounded)
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Finely chop the vegetables and put it in the large bowl , mix all the ingredients given under “for dressing” , mix well ! Then add the required amt of dressing to the salad !
Serve it !
- You can add crumbled paneer too !
- Actual recipe calls for sugar but i am scared to add so avoid it completely !
- I added only apple if u like u can add your choice of fruit and veggies !
