Trying different chutney is always my passion ! long time ago they two posted the chutney here and here , which is quiet simple and easy ! i tried because of the simplicity ! i am seriously fallen in love with this chutney 🙂 the actual recipe calls for using the ammi kal which is not available in my place so used the Mixie! Three ingredients less than 30 seconds ! You chutney ready !
Shallots (small onion ) – 10 to 12 nos
Green chilly – 4 to 5 (adjust depends on the spicy required for family )
Salt – as required
peel the skin of shallots and chop the green chilly ,salt , transfer in to the mixie jar ! give a pulse grind for 30 seconds ! do not grind it nicely ! it should be grind coarsely !
serve hot with Idly and pour a drop of sesame oil on the top of chutney !
- Do not add sesame oil while grinding it wont be tasty !
- it will be spicy only and it will have raw smell !
- May be you required a mouth freshener after you have this chutney !
