Veg spring Roll sheet – 5
cooking oil -to Deep fry
Mixed vegetable – 1 cup (preferable – cabbage, capsicum, carrot)
Soya sauce – 1tbsp
chilly sauce – 1tbsp
salt – as required
Pepper powder – 1tsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Finely chop all the vegetable required, Heat the kadai and add the oil once heat add the mixed vegetable and saute well ! Once it starts cooking, (you can find it the color of veggies may change as well the quantity will reduce) add the sauce and pepper powder and cook well ! it will take hardly 15 minutes ! Now allow the stuffing to cool down completely !
Mean while make sure the spring roll sheets are in Room temperature! Now take the sheet , actually it will be square in shape ! Keep the sheet in the plate and make sure you could see the diamond look (you can get the image from the below) , from down leave 2 inch and keep the stuffing ! then start rolling from the down and once it reaches the center position
now u have to take the sides and fold it so that sides of the sheet are closed , you will see the letter box image ! again roll it and close it ! try to use oil to close the roll !
Once everything sealed , deep fry it ! serve hot with Some Sauce but i always like to take with chutney !
- Filling can be your choice , But i liked this hotel type stuffing so used this combo !
- Make sure u sealed all the sides of the roll otherwise while deep frying the roll the stuffing will come out !
