Pour immediately in to the greased plate and level it and then cut in to pieces when it is still warm. You can even use your foil paper to give a smooth finish , But my hubby does not want the smooth texture he wants to see the coconut texture so i didn’t do that ,

- Make sure you are cutting it when it is warm otherwise it is tough to get a shape.
- I used my pizza cutter to get the shape you can use your knife too.
- Do not scrap the brown part of the coconut , otherwise your coconut wont get the perfect white color.
