Preparation time :15 minutes

Cauliflower – 1 1/2 cup (grated – cleaned)
onion – 1 medium finely chopped
ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Jeera or cummin seeds – 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Sambhar powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – as required
For outer layer
wheat flour – 2 cups
salt – as required
oil – 1 tbsp
water – as required to knead and make the dough
Oil – as required for making parantha.
Heat the water and dip the cauliflower in the hot water for 15 minutes for removing the dirt and insects if any. then remove the bottom part, and grate the cauliflower completely and take 1 1/2 cup. Now heat the pan and pour the oil once heat add the jeera once cracked add the ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes, then add the onion and saute till it turns semi brown. then add the grated cauliflower along with required amt of salt, turmeric and sambhar powder, and stir in btw and wait till it cooked.
Mean while ready with Dough by adding the ingredients mentioned above for the OUTER LAYER .
Now divide the dough in to equal parts and take one dough, and knead it by using the roller , to medium thick size and keep some cauliflower stuffing. and close it perfectly and pour some flour and knead it carefully, Make sure the stuffing is not coming out. (by practice u make it )
Heat the tawa and pour some oil and place the kneaded parantha and cook till both sides cooked. serve hot with raitha or other gravy , i prepared paneer mirchi masala it was yummy. and stuffing was awesome.
- If u follow any other method of cleaning your cauliflower u can do that, but i always follow this procedure.
- While kneading make sure the stuffing is not coming out.
- If u do not want to add sambhar powder, u can very well try with your own spices,
- Make sure the stuffing wont get raw smell u cook it perfectly.
- If u want cummin powder u can add instead of seeds take 1 tsp .
