Preparation Time : 2 hours, (which includes marination, cleaning and chopping) ( ididnt include the preparing own hung curd method if that includes over all it will take 5 hours)

Hung Curd – 1 cup + 1/4 cup (may or may not be needed) infact i added little curd as i do not have the hung curd
ginger Garlic green chilly paste – 1tbsp
Salt – as required
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala 2 tsp (u can replace it with normal tandoori powder)
red chilly powder – 1tsp
Masala powder – 2 tsp
Gram flour – 1/4 cup
Cauliflower – 2 cups (cleaned as per your procedure)
- if u are not having enough hung curd just add with the normal curd too,
- Also Coat well and soak well so that u get some crispy tandoor gobi.
- Adding tandoori spices are optional since i do not have it i have not used, if u have do add it .
- First time i used the skewer next batch i just spread the gobi in the tray itself.
