Noodles – 1 packet (500gm my packet measurement)
Chilly flakes – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
salt – as required
cook the noodles as per the instruction given in the packet. otherwise, this worked me well for almost all the noodles i handled. take a wide bottomed vessel and pour the noodles and pour the water till immerse level , and add a tsp of oil. allow it to boil , till it cooked, keep stirring then and there. The oil we poured to separate the noodles from one another.
Once boiled, strain the noodles completely and wash it in the running water. this way you can see the separated noodles.
Heat the kadai and pour the oil once heat add the chilly flakes and saute it then add the garlic and saute the mixture till garlic is cooked, since u chopped the garlic it wont take much time. Then add the strained noodles
Mix well so that the noodles well blend with the garlic and chilli flakes, stir till every thing blend well.

- The idea i got it from the spaghetti pasta, so if u want to use pasta instead of noodles, go head.
- spiciness and garlic can be adjusted according to the family taste.
