Grapes – 1/ 2 kg ( Esp the Black one with seeds – Muscat variety)
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Water – 2 cup (adjust the consistency as required for the family)
Ice cubes – to serve
Clean the grapes and wash twice and strain it completely , clear all the dust particles.grind it in the mixie,then strain it in the filter,
Now use the spoon to press the rest of the particles. strain the concentrated juice completely ,then add the water and squeeze the lemon juice,and mix well . Before serving strain it one more so that it will not form any foam
Serve with ice cubes and i was having the juice with veg sandwich definitely great combo !
- Do use the Black grapes which has seeds ,in tamil it is called Paneer tirachai .
- Do check the sugar taste in the black grapes,generally black variety is more sugar, so it wont required any extra sugar,if needed add according to the need.
- For variations you can add nannari syrup.
