Take mint leaves and lemon juice in a mixie jar along with 1/4 cup of water, and grind it nicely. then take a mentioned amount of water and sugar then add the mint lemon juice mixture.
Keep the mixture in the flame , then add the grated ginger. Bring it to boil , off the flame before it becomes one string consistency. or the water reduces its level. Allow this mixture to cool completely. and keep it idle for 3 hours. then filter the mixture completely and transfer the concentrated one to the jar.
Whenever required, add the concentrated mixture and add the required amt of water. While serving add the ice cubes, lemon wedges and bit of mint leaves. Refreshing one is n’t it?
- Do not grind the ginger along with mint lemon mixture , it will have different taste.
- Also keep it idle for 3 or 4 hours, not more than that, because it will have little bitter taste. once cool down and crossed 4 hours strain it immediately.
- I used 1 cup sugar for 3/4 of water.
- Do not more mint leaves, everything should be balanced.
