Thick curd – 1 cup
Water – 1/ 2 cup (adjust according to the consistency required)
cardamon powder – 1/2 tsp
ice cubes. – as required
Sugar – 6 tsp (adjust according to the sweet required)
Maalai – 2 tsp optional
Badam – 2 tsp (chopped – optional)
Take a curd in a vessel, and beat well, make sure no lumps,then add the elachi powder, sugar,and ice cubes and mix well.
Now grind the mixture in the mixie for 5 to 10 seconds not more than that. transfer the content in to a glass
While serving you can add the badam and malai. Chilli……………..
- For variations you can add rose syrup, which makes more delicious.
- I have served little liquid, by adding water, so make sure you prepare the way you need it
