Toor Dal – 1/2cup
Fried gram dal – 1/2 cup
Red chilly – 8 (adjust according to the family need)
Garlic – 10 nos (adjust as per perference)
Pepper – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Hing – a pinch
Salt – as required
oil – two drops
curry leaves – optional
Heat the kadai , then pour the oil, once heat add the toor dal saute till it above to change in color, then transfer the dal to plate, then add the rest of the ingredients one by one. I.e, fried gram ,garlic, pepper,red chilly and curry leaves if u are using.
Allow it to cool the mixture completely. once cooled, grind in to powder texture. cool down.
Transfer the mixure in to a glass container. No need to refrigerate it . Whenever u need use a clean spoon.
It stays for a month.
- It can be stored under normal temparature, Caution needed whenever u use , use with wet spoon.
- Adding equal fried gram will bring the nice taste of the paruppu so do not reduce the volume.
