Idiyappam – 1 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/4 cup
coconut – 3 tbsp
Elachi / cardamon – a pinch
Make sure the idiyappam are ready and its cool, Gently mix the idiyappam and make sure it strands separate. then first add the coconut, then elachi finally add sugar. mix well.
serve it in a bowl.
- If the idiyappam are not cooked properly you wont get the nice flavor.
- All the mesurements can be customized according to the need.
- while serving add the sugar, because it tend to oozes the water.
