Sambharam recipe is nothing but spiced buttermilk which is served in most part of kerala. The speciality is there are more flavorings ingredients. Traditional nair family use to give mildly spiced flavoring buttermilk. It does have n no of variations i adopted the flavoring ingredients as per family taste. Plus it s also looks like out neer mor only difference is , there we temper it with mustard seeds here no tempering only flavorings. Its natural and healthy thirst quencher. Perfect for summer .
