Muskmelon Smoothie | Easy smoothie recipe | Vegan Smoothie
Muskmelon smoothie is one of the easiest breakfast smoothie recipe , perfect for the summer occasion. It can be done by bachelor people too who cannot cook an elaborate breakfast or does not have time to make the breakfast. Very simple ingredients but delicious smoothie . you can also prepare this muskmelon smoothie in advance and can be served, but my suggestion would be fresh fruits and fresh smoothie.
I have already the juice and lemonade version of lemon, this time i thought i should share some good smoothie, when i was looking for a change, my pantry has both melon and frozen banana and few nuts along with chilled milk and coconut milk , i just blended the ingredients and finally served in the big medium size jar with chopped fruits, my husband who is not fond of smoothies , loved this version that too without sugar, it was lite and tasty, As i mentioned, use lite version of milk for VEGAN SMOOTHIE try with almond milk and coconut milk. Both will be good, but i have tried only with coconut milk. Mine wasn’t Thick , i altered as per need.

both are different in taste yet fresh and satisfying one.
- Muskmelon- 1 cup (cubed)
- Banana- ½ cup (cubed )
- chilled Milk - ½ cup (it can be anything from normalmilk to almond or coconut milk)
- nuts - 2 tbsp powdered
- ice cubes- as need
- sliced banana - 2 or 3 to decorate.
- remove the skin and seeds from muskmelon , finely chop it.
- chop the banana too.
- Take a jar add the fruits along with milk, nuts and blend it to make smoothie.
- transfer it to a glass jar, pour some sliced banana or chopped melon.
- if need add more ice cubes.
Ensure the milk is lite not heavy.
I have not used any sugar,as both the fruits has got the sweetness which is enough for the smoothie, if need you can also add some sugar.
For nuts i used almond, pistachios, i just coarsely powdered it and add it to the smoothie.
